3. Teambuilding & Values Clarification Workshops various
options available
Myers-Briggs & Temperaments Workshop
Understanding and building upon differences is critical to developing
a high performance work environment. This is a basic course in understanding
self and major ways that individuals differ from one another. This understanding
will translate to improving workers' abilities to negotiate their environments
better and to acknowledge developmental issues.
Conflict Management Workshop
This workshop will help participants assess their conflict style and
determine whether it is helping or hindering them in getting what they
want from others. The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode will serve as the
catalyst for group activities to explore and access conflict styles
and their effect on others and our perception of self. Participants
will increase their understanding of the range of options available
to manage conflict in order to respect differences and encourage synergistic
solutions to problem solving.
Values Workshop
Values form the basis to understanding the underlying issues of both
individuals and organizations. Values drive and motive employee's behavior.
Clarifying individual and organizational values is critical to directing
and influencing individual and organizational energy and resources.
Using a "Values" card sort deck, each individual reflects upon his
or her values and share them with other members of the group. From the
consensus of the individual values in the group, a discussion is facilitated
on organizational values.
This workshop provides the medium to integrate individual needs with
organizational practices and procedures.

meet the challenges of their jobs. Work Keys(r) is a national system

CCI can work with your human resources, training department, or directly
with line managers to develop a skill improvement system that enhances
an organization's learning capacity. Work Keys programs can provide
the basis for a "pay-for-skills" program or a pre-certification program
